FOOD

Wholesome vegetarian food is provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tea, coffee and snacks are also served.

WEATHER

Climate at Sahyadri is moderate, with the day temperatures around 25°C - 35°C between July and March. A good breeze turning often into strong winds always keeps blowing.

FACILITIES

Facilities of laundry, tuck-shop, post-office, telephone booth and general medical aid are available on the campus. A bookshop containing Krishnamurti's books, audio/video CDs, VCDs and DVDs is also in the campus.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

Participants are picked up in a group from Pune railway station at 10 AM on the day of arrival of each workshop and are dropped at the same place at 4 PM on the corresponding day of departure. The participants are informed about the exact transport arrangement after they register for the workshops. Individual pickup from Pune can also be organised on request for which the participant is required to pay separately. The participants can also reach Sahyadri Study Centre on their own by using public transport system or using their own or hired vehicle. Extra stay in continuation is possible both before and after every workshop and is charged separately at 50 % of the normal rate.
